We’ll send you a questionnaire to capture all the important information — your family details, assets, and the wishes you want to protect. Think of it as sharing your story so we can make sure your plans reflect exactly what you want.
3. We Will Upload Your Information
Once we receive your information, it’s carefully entered and organized to create your preliminary Wills, Trusts, and Medical Proxies. Accuracy matters — every detail counts in protecting your family.
4. Attorney Review, Preparation & Approval
A licensed attorney reviews every document, makes sure it’s legally sound, and confirms that your wishes are fully captured. Once approved, your documents are official and ready.
5. Documents Delivered to You
Finally, we send your completed documents directly to you. You can review, sign, and safely store them — confident that your family’s future is protected and your legacy is secure.
